This is unique program due to its incredible venue and in its emphasis on Holistic Alignment and Cleansing, themes which support us to rise up and reveal our truest self. Holistic Alignment approaches advanced yoga practice and theory from a therapeutic perspective, going deep into the physical benefits of asana as a healing tool and exploring the mental and energetic aspects of alignment through a fusion of traditional and modern perspectives. As we align our bodies and our spirits, we embrace and uncover the vibrant being within us. By releasing in the body, we clear the mind and free the spirit, embodying our practice as we step into the realms of advanced teaching.

Watch monkeys leap through the trees as you practice and feel the balmy air on your skin. Enjoy the slow pace and luxurious balance of this island paradise as you step into the fullness of who you are.
