“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality to what you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics. “ ~Albert Einstein
What is it that you truly want to manifest in your life? This is the perennial question…and it is perennial because what we desire is constantly changing as we awaken more and more on our spiritual path. Although our desires may change, the essence of love and light that exists within is constant. The more we are aligned with that inner light, the more effectively we can share our gifts in service to the world. So, in order to live the life of our dreams, the greater question becomes, “What do we need to create in our lives NOW to manifest the next level of our awakening?”
“Everyone has a calling, and our real job is to figure out what that is, and get to the business of doing it!” ~Oprah
We all have our own individual gifts, passions and purpose for being here. We each have a unique destiny, and that destiny unfolds with clarity and ease when we are quiet enough to hear the whispers of our truest desires. When we let that deep, beautiful, quiet energy rise up from within, it begins to shape our intentions, thoughts and especially our actions. Ultimately, it is that energy that will light the path to our most abundant and most divine destiny.
Many of us in the Kula refer to ourselves as “Master Manifesters” as we have had many years of practice in the field of manifesting our dreams. Below are some steps that you may find useful in the process of dreaming your world into being!
To start this journey of manifesting our dreams, we can ask ourselves these questions: “What do I love to do?” “What is my heart’s greatest desire?” “What do I want to create in service to the whole?” Sit with these questions in meditation and see what comes to you. Create the space to feel your true essence present itself to you at a new vibrant level. Listen to the whispers of your heart’s deepest wishes, and open up to the possibilities of your dreams coming to fruition. The stillness of meditation cultivates peace and equanimity in our lives. It is from that quiet state of pure awareness, that we realize that we are the masters of our own destinies. We have the power to create abundance in our lives and have the potential to enjoy a rich life built from our purpose, passions and dreams.
The practice of meditation helps us to identify our soul’s purpose. Once we are clear, we can use this same state of awareness to plant the seeds of our intention and dream our world into being. The best time to plant our intentions is during the period directly after meditation, while our awareness remains centered and the possibilities are infinite. This is the perfect time to visualize yourself living your dream. Let it come from a place of knowing rather than a place of need, want or lack. Wanting comes from a place of the mind, but the desire to fulfill your life’s purpose comes from the sacred space of the heart. Feel the contentment and the natural flow of life force moving through you, and clearly see yourself embracing the life that is calling you. Know that all things are possible and that in this state, your higher self knows that everything is already in divine order, even if you don’t yet know the details of the how or when of what will happen. Try not to let doubt or insecurities get in the way, and stay in the flow of expansive potential.
Now that we have answered the questions of our heart’s desires and have clearly visualized the dream taking shape in our mind’s eye, we can now ritualistically send this clear intention and vision out to the universe to unfold in harmony with all that is. This is where it is important to stay in a state of high dimensional vibration…the vibration of creation. I like to perform manifestation ceremonies on the New Moon as the energy is conducive to birthing and creating new ways of thinking, living and being. Take advantage of this potent celestial force to offer a blessing to your intentions as you let them take flight. One ritual used in a manifestation ceremony involves finding a stone that calls to you and placing your intention into the stone with the energy of your breath. Use the breath to transfer your intention from your spirit to the spirit of the stone. After setting your intention and blowing it into the stone with conviction, you can set the stone (and your dreams) free by releasing it completely. Throw the stone into a body of water representing a field of infinite and unlimited possibilities. If you don’t have a lake, river, ocean or stream nearby, use a vast space in nature. It is your intention that matters most. As you toss the stone, see your visions soaring in the vastness of the unknown. If you work with spirit helpers, angels or guides, ask for their assistance in carrying your intention to the higher dimensional realms of creation and trust that “thy will be done”.
Now…stop thinking about your intention altogether. Spend the next few moments back in the stillness of the mind, where we began this practice. Let go of any attachment to the way in which you think your dream should be made manifest. Attachment is rooted in fear and insecurity, but non-attachment gives us the space to allow for magic to happen. When we trust in the power of our true Self, we know that all is unfolding in perfection and we open to the wisdom of the universe that has already created that which we desire. It is here in the soil of trust and gratitude that our seeds of intention blossom. As you sit in stillness, feel this truth and affirm, “I am already here. It is already done.”
When you have completed your manifestation ceremony and felt the truth of your destiny from the stillness within, you can now bring that passion and inspiration into your daily life. As often as you possible, begin writing about your dream, thinking about it and talking about it if you so desire. You may even be ready to start taking steps in the direction that aligns you more fully with your purpose and passions. Keep your dream alive with conscious energy focused on that which you are creating, and know that you will receive in direct proportion to that which you give. Stay present with your vision but do not fall into the trap of details and attachment. As we awaken more and more to the present moment and see ourselves living our dream now, we are able to release ties to the past and create the future we desire!
Make a commitment to always listen to your heart. Make a commitment to let the universe guide you toward your heart’s desire. Make a commitment to alter your life so that you may manifest your dreams. Just by making these commitments, you are telling the universe and yourself that you are worthy of having what you desire and are going to do what it takes to fulfill that desire. By making the choice to manifest your dreams, you open up to your potential, align with your soul’s purpose, and naturally begin to create a more blissful life. Even more importantly, as you begin to live your calling, the spark of love and light within you radiates outward to illuminate abundance and enrich the rest of the world.
If you are not yet fully clear about your purpose, your passions, or what you want to manifest, don’t worry. Simply find time for stillness, be receptive to what the universe has to show you and choose to live your life aligned with what you are shown. Trust that as you live more consistently in a state of present moment awareness, you will be guided to discover your unique gifts and your fullest potential. Believe with conviction that you have the power and creativity to manifest all that you desire…so start living your best life and dreaming your world into being…NOW!
