Welcome to your Facilitation Intensive with Kula!
OPERATIONS CONTACT INFORMATION:

We will assign various reading assignments from the manual throughout the course. Upon completion of the course, we ask that you apply what you've learned and then send us a reflection on your facilitation and how it has changed.
Each afternoon, you will facilitate a 20-30 minute lesson on a subject of your choice. The rest of the group participates in the class and gives feedforward after each practicum. Please come prepared with some topics you wish to facilitate for your peers.
Please let us know us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do best to accommodate.
Each morning we will guide a mindfulness practice which may include asana, if you would like to lead a morning practice you will also have the opportunity.

8:30-9:30 - Breakfast
9:30-1 - Art of Facilitation
1-2:30 - Lunch
2:30-6:00 - Practical Application
6-7 - Dinner
7-8 - Evening Gathering
Please refer to the Location section of the Kula Website to know what to bring specifically to your particular location.
- We encourage daily journaling before, during and after the training. Please bring a journal, as well as any creative tools that enable you to express yourself such as musical instruments, painting/drawing materials, etc.
- Please bring with you any sacred objects you work with such as crystals, tarot cards, mala, stones etc.
This form must be filled out prior to the course.
