Program Pricing

All inclusive-pricing, tuition and room and board, and meals for in-person trainings. Depending on your accommodation choice and length of program, prices will vary.

DISCOUNTS, PRIZES, FEATURED TRAININGS & EARLY BIRDS:

In order to make transformational yoga trainings and retreats accessible to all, Kula offers several different means to achieve discounts on Kula programs. Please schedule a call to discuss current opportunities with our team. We also offer multiple sales per year, with varying discounts on training tuition. Please note, multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same training.

Payment Plans:

Subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month. It’s your responsibility to ensure the funds will be there every 30 days. 

Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.

Participation certificate will be given during the training, and a certificate of completion upon the completion of your payment plan that you will use to register with Yoga Alliance. People who pay in full, get their hard copy of their certificate of completion in person. 

Waiting List:

A $500 deposit is required to have your name placed on a waiting list. If no spaces become available, your deposit will be returned in full or transferred to another training at no cost. If a space becomes available and you attend the training, your deposit will be applied to your tuition payment. If a space becomes available and you choose to cancel or transfer, your deposit will not be returned.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life sometimes throws you a curve ball. If something comes up and you need to transfer to a future training, here are your options:

If it's over 30 days before the training begins, you will receive a full transfer minus a $500 transfer fee.

If it's less than 30 days before the training begins, you will receive a full transfer credit minus 50% of the cost of tuition (R&B not included in credit).

Unless a training is cancelled, there are no refunds and all sales are final.

Although we are unable to offer refunds, you have the option to gift your credit to a loved one or friend. You also may donate it towards our scholarship fund. Our Dharma Grant and Karma Grant programs offer scholarship to those with financial need, granting them the opportunity to join a course they might not otherwise be able to afford.

If you would like to cancel or transfer from a training, please contact info@thekulacollective.com with your request at your earliest convenience. 

Maintaining the integrity and safety of our trainings is of utmost importance to us. Kula reserves the right to ask a student to leave the course should they pose a threat to themselves and/or others. No refunds will be given if a student is asked to depart the course early.

TRANSFORMATIONAL RETREATS & CONTINUING EDUCATION - TRANSFERs & CANCELLATIONS:

While Transformational Retreats (TR’s) and Continuing Education (CE’s) are marketed under the Kula Collective umbrella, they are owned and operated by the individual members and not the collective itself. Thus, each retreat leader has the liberty to create their own cancellation and transfer policy. If you are interested in learning about the policy for any particular retreat or continuing education program, please contact the retreat leader directly.
