Our Online 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is taught by all 7 Kula Founders, with live classes every week. It includes both a digital and pdf version of our YTT manual, 95 video lessons, 45 audio meditation lessons, 15 full length video yoga asana classes, 8 video Kirtans, and 8 learning assessment quizzes. Because it includes live classes, it meets Yoga Alliance requirements for certification.

What to Expect during your Online Yoga Teacher Training
PRE-RECORDED CLASSES
Our Pre-Recorded videos allow for flexibility in your schedule while still providing a guideline for completing the course within the selected dates. All classes will be followed up with Live Video Question and Answer sessions.
LIVE GROUP CLASSES
During our Live Group Classes, you will have the opportunity to join live discussions with your peers from around the world and all seven of our co-founders to check in on your understanding of the pre-recorded classes.
Live classes keep your intimate training group connected and moving at the same pace, so you maintain inspiration and momentum in your studies.
Weekly Schedule
2 HR Live Classes every Monday starting at 6:30pm EST
8-10 hours per week: Pre-recorded classes are to be completed each week at your own pace, we offer a sample schedule each week.
1 hour per week: Practice Asana and sequencing with your "Peer Teaching Partner”. Peer Teaching Assessments will be performed online under the supervision of your Kula Facilitator who will offer individualized constructive feedback.
2 hours per week: 2 HR Live Classes every Monday starting at 6:30pm EST
Your presence on the LIVE calls are required for certification. You are not able to miss more than 2 LIVE sessions if you desire this certification. You must let the facilitator know before you need miss a session.If you miss more than 2 sessions for work, you have the opportunity to make up those missed LIVE sessions on a future online course in order to receive your YA Certification.
The Kula Collective 200-hour YTT provides you with concrete tools and clear strategies to live your life with passion and purpose. The Kula Collective 200-hour training provides a deep immersion into the practice of yoga - living, learning and embracing all aspects of a yogic lifestyle and deepening the connection to oneself and the earth through the wisdom of shamanic healing practices. These traditions, designed to grant us access to the infinite wisdom we carry within, are smoothly blended together to form a holistic offering rooted in the Indian philosophy of yoga.
Learn Our Signature Kula Flow
Kula Collective's 200hr YTT focuses on the expansion of our own sacred consciousness, so that we can fully embody our practice and radiate the teachings of yoga by united in mind, body and spirit. All of our programs meet Yoga Alliance standards for teaching methodology, anatomy, yogic theory and special education. This course will provide a solid foundation of yoga history, the four traditional paths, 8 limbs of ashtanga yoga, meditation and exploration of asana through our signature Kula Flow and its asana analysis.
