This offering is a self-paced educational library and is not Yoga Alliance certified. There are no required live components or time limits, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the teachings at a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.

If, after completing the video library, you decide you would like to pursue Yoga Alliance certification, the full cost of this program can be applied toward one of our in-person 300-hour certification trainings.

Our self-paced 300 hr program requires the prerequisite of having already taken a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, teaching experience and a strong asana practice.
