We recommend you begin the process of preparing your body by eating fresh foods that are organic and alkaline-forming such as fruits and vegetables that are high in nutrients. You may also want to begin limiting your consumption of meat, dairy products, salt, sugar, alcohol and caffeine in the months leading up to the training. Drink water as often as possible and begin to listen to and notice any changes in your body’s responses to this purification process.
As we are cleansing the body from the inside out, you may also want to consider the effects of cleansing from the outside-in. This is a perfect opportunity to look at the products you are using on your skin, hair and scalp to determine the safety or toxicity of them.
A helpful website you can consult for products (such as sunscreen or bug spray) that you may be packing for the trip. The cleansing and fasting is not a required part of this training. It is only offered as an additional way in which you can create more space for more light in your life and in your practice.
If you have any questions about cleansing, please reach out to your facilitator.

Visa requirements are different for various countries. Please search the internet for the closest Indonesian consulate for the visa requirements for your country of origin. Your 30 day Indonesian Tourist Visa will be given to you at immigration once you've arrived in Bali at a $35 cost. If you are planning to stay longer than 30 days, you may hire an agent to extend your visa at an extra cost (about $80). This only means you are eligible for an extension. If you choose to extend, you must do so in Denpasar. This is possible, yet it is an all-day process and can only be done during off-days.
You may also acquire the 60 day visa at an embassy an Indonesian embassy in your country. This needs to be done prior to your travel. A third option for staying over 30 days is to take a quick flight to Singapore or another country nearby that will reset your visa for another automatic 30 days. If you are flying Delta Airlines and planning to stay over 30 days we recommend you purchase a flight or apply for a 60day visa pre-travel, as Delta has been known to not allow those staying longer than 30 days without a visa on the flight.

No inoculations are required to enter Bali but it is always best to talk to your doctor and check out the Center for Disease Control website for information about recommended vaccinations.

Guatemala is a beautiful country, from the people to the culture to the landscapes, offering amazing experiences to any traveler. Safety is as much a consideration here as in any developing country you may visit or in any touristed area where economic disparity exists. If it will be your first time to Guatemala, or you are a concerned traveler, we always recommend private transport for peace of mind. If you arrive after 4pm, we recommend you stay in the city or Antigua and travel the next day.
While traveling and when visiting towns and villages, we advise mindfulness. Don’t flash expensive devices or carry large amounts of cash. Theft tends to be petty and opportunistic. Take care with your valuables and lock them away safely. During your stay, security is provided on the property as well as secure storage for valuables. Avoid walking alone on Sundays and in the evenings whenever possible.
