Passion to Purpose: Mind, Body, and Spirit

Join Jessi for a 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training in Tennessee

This training offers a unique blend of traditional yoga teachings infused with the wisdom of the elements. Nested in the embrace of nature, explore the deep connection between yoga and the natural world under the guidance of Jessi

Since a young age, Jessi has studied dance and creative movement. Since her first RYT200 in 2008, Jessi has led retreats and workshops throughout the US, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Bali, and Costa Rica. She completed her RYT500 Certification in 2012 and now leads teacher trainings in places she most enjoys to share.

Jessi teaches a Vinyasa based practice to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is grateful for the journey of yogic creativity and loves to share this movement of bliss with others along the way.

Seven Springs is the Tennessee home of Zach and Jessi, two of our Kula Collective co-founders. The family spirit is strong here: Jessi’s grandmother and parents have been homesteading the land for almost fifty years. From building to managing to mowing the grass, it takes all four generations to keep it up.

Set on 126 acres of secluded forest, this is the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect. It has come a long way in six years, earning the title of #1 meditation retreat center in Success Magazine (sep/22).
